For Vendors

    • Vendors who attended last year will have first right of refusal to their space from Dec 1-31, 2015.
    • Open registration for new vendors will begin Jan 1, 2016.  Tables will be provided on a first come, first serve basis

Quick Low-Down:

  • Each table is 6′ in length
  • Single tables are $100 ea.
  • $90 each if 4 or more are purchased
  • All tables will be covered and skirted.
  • WiFi will be provided for free as available from hotel
  • Load-in starts at 8:00 am on Feb 22
  • Very easy load in – large double doors at parking lot level
  • Dedicated electrical at your booth is $30
  • Vendor registration includes two admission passes (vendor and helper).
  • Restaurant & Bar in hotel
