- Vendors who attended last year will have first right of refusal to their space from Dec 1-31, 2015.
- Open registration for new vendors will begin Jan 1, 2016. Tables will be provided on a first come, first serve basis
- Each table is 6′ in length
- Single tables are $100 ea.
- $90 each if 4 or more are purchased
- All tables will be covered and skirted.
- WiFi will be provided for free as available from hotel
- Load-in starts at 8:00 am on Feb 22
- Very easy load in – large double doors at parking lot level
- Dedicated electrical at your booth is $30
- Vendor registration includes two admission passes (vendor and helper).
